Return Policy
1) All goods that are available in our warehouse in the city of Plovdiv, 29 Brezovska St. can be returned or replaced (according to the customer's gender) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. After this period, returns and exchanges are not possible.
2) Products and goods imported to the customer's order, goods that are not available in our warehouse in the city of Plovdiv, 29 Brezovska Street, are treated in a special way and for them return and exchange is not possible after the moment of order, unless the fault is not with the supplier of the goods and they do not correspond to what was ordered by the customer.
